Wakefield Trinity Wildcats are looking for a second consecutive win to start the season as they welcome a Salford Red Devils side still smarting from a heavy home defeat against Wigan Warriors.
The Wildcats won 28-6 at Super League newcomers Hull KR last week thanks to a hat trick from Tom Johnstone- the high flying winger who spent much of last season out with a knee injury.
Craig Huby comes into the Wakefield squad, replacing Chris Annakin. Huby has struggled with injury in the off season, but has shaken off those concerns.
