Toronto Wolfpack duo Josh McCrone and Richard Whiting are both facing bans after being charged for incidents during their win at Halifax this weekend.
McCrone has been charged with a Grade B Dangerous Throw and has been given a one match penalty notice. Because he doesn’t have a relevant record, he was charged at the lower end of the scale.
Ex Hull FC man Whiting on the other hand, will be referred to the Match Disciplinary Panel after being charged with a Grade D dangerous throw. It could see him banned for 3-5 matches.
Richard Moore of Featherstone is facing a similar punishment after being charged with a Grade D Striking offence during their defeat against London Broncos on Sunday.
No League One players were charged this week.
