Warrington Wolves face a second crunch game in two weeks as they welcome rivals Wigan Warriors to the Haliwell Jones Stadium on Friday.

The Wolves got their first win of the season at the third attempt at bitter rivals Widnes Vikings last week and hope to carry on that momentum against the Warriors.

Warrington make three changes to the squad that beat Widnes, with off season recruits Sitaleki Akauola and Mitch Brown in line to make their debuts. They come into the squad in place of Matty Russell and George King. Tyrone Roberts is also back in the squad in place of Harvey Livett.

As for Wigan, they are defending an unbeaten Super League record with wins against Salford Red Devils and Hull FC so far.

They also make three changes with Joe Burgess and Dan Sarginson ruled out through injury and Frank-Paul Nuuasala is out after his release. They have been replaced in the squad by John Bateman, Craig Mullen who will make his first team debut, and Romain Navarrete.

The match will kick off at 7.45 and will be refereed by Ben Thaler.
