Castleford Tigers forward Oliver Holmes has been given a one match ban after being found guilty of a dangerous throw during his sides victory against Salford Red Devils.

Holmes was initially charged with Grade D Dangerous Contact, however, this was downgraded on appeal. He pleaded guilty to the charge but challenged the grading.

He will miss the game against Wigan Warriors on Sunday.
