London Skolars claimed their second win of the season after thrashing West Wales Raiders 76-4 at the New River Stadium.

A hat trick for Vincent Finigan, two tries for Jake Melling and Sam Nash and individual efforts from Jacob Ogden, Will Martin, Billy Driver, Lamont Bryan, Quinn Ngawati and Eddie Mbaraga won the game for the side from the capital.

Efforts either side of half time from Shaun Tennant and Harrison Elliot was all the new Welsh side could come up with in response.

The Skolars are now up to eighth in League One having won their second game of the season. They face a difficult trip to York City Knights next Sunday.

As for the Raiders, they remain rooted to the bottom of League One with the worst attack and the worst defence in the country at the moment. They also face a test next week as they travel to Whitehaven next Sunday.
