Leeds Rhinos hooker Matt Parcell has received two one game bans for separate incidents of Contact with a Match Official.
Parcell received two Grade B charges during Leeds’ 24-22 win over London Broncos on Sunday, with the Match Review Panel arguing it was deliberate/reckless.
The Leeds hooker will be banned for the next two games unless he appeals.
Elsewhere, Joel Tomkins has also found himself in hot water, as he has been given a one match ban for Dangerous Contact, during his sides 22-20 win over Salford Red Devils.
Tomkins was reported for his tackle on Krisnan Inu as the panel decided he put unnecessary pressure on the head/neck.
St Helens pair James Roby and Joseph Paulo have both avoided bans after their respective incidents.
Roby was given a Grade A charge of Dangerous Contact for his crusher tackle on Jacob Trueman, but given his record, avoided a ban.
Whereas Paulo was given a caution for disputing a decision after Chris Clarkson’s try in Saints’ 36-16 win against Castleford Tigers.
