Ward and Polumbo face bans

Robbie Ward of Dewsbury Rams and Ronaldo Polumbo of London Skolars both face bans after being handed penalty notices by the Match Review Panel.

Ward has been given a Grade B charge of Dangerous Contact on Rhodri Lloyd, during his sides 22-17 defeat at Swinton Lions on Sunday, he was put on report for the incident. He has been given a two match penalty notice.

In the same game, Sammy Kibula was charged with Punching. Kibula was sent off but avoided a ban.

Polumbo was placed on report for Dangerous Contact on Whitehaven’s Jake Moore during the Skolars’ 32-6 defeat in Cumbria. He has been given a one match penalty notice for his actions.

In the same game, Robert Tuilatu was charged with Dangerous Contact on Mark Shackley. He was placed on report for the incident but avoided a ban.

Meanwhile, in the Academy,  Nathan Wilde of Wigan Warriors received a one match ban for the questioning the integrity of the match official during their match at City of Hull Academy.

Finally, Reece Rance of Coventry Bears was given a caution for tripping.
