Featherstone Rovers utility forward John Davies has signed a new two year contract to stay at the club.

Davies has recently passed 100 appearances for the club and is now contracted until 2021.

The forward came through at Castleford Tigers but left the club after several loan spells including three at York City Knights and one other at Dewsbury Rams.

He then spent two years at Batley Bulldogs and then had another season at Sheffield Eagles and then signed for the Rovers in 2016.
