Hull FC are hoping to build on their success in the Challenge Cup when they welcome the Salford Red Devils to the KCOM Stadium on Friday night.

The Black and Whites made it to a third Challenge Cup semi final in four seasons after thrashing Catalans Dragons 51-8 last Friday.

Salford on the other hand, come into the game off the back of a 22-20 defeat against their opponents city rivals Hull KR at Magic Weekend.

The home side have made one change from that semi final win as Joe Westerman returns in place of the injured Scott Taylor.

The Red Devils also make one change as Greg Johnson returns to play his first match in 2019. He replaces Derrell Olpherts in the squad.

Both sides will pay tribute at the match to former player Jansin Turgut, who remains in hospital in Ibiza after falling from a third story car park. His partner, Steph Gaunt, will be at the match as a special guest.

The match kicks off at 7.45pm.
