Flanagan given two match ban for tripping

Bradford Bulls forward George Flanagan has been handed a two match penalty notice after being charged with a Grade C Tripping offence.

The referee put Flanagan in the sin bin for the trip on Scott Grix during the Bulls’ 24-20 win over Halifax on Sunday.

Elsewhere, Andrew Gabriel of Dewsbury Rams has been handed a one match ban for Questioning the Integrity of a Match Official during his sides 40-0 defeat against Leigh Centurions on Sunday.

And in League One, Gordon Maudling has been given a one match penalty notice after kicking out during his sides 26-16 defeat against Oldham on Sunday.

Finally, Danny Bridge of Oldham and Paul Sykes of Dewsbury were both given cautions for disputing a decision and Dan Toal of Barrow was also cautioned for a trip.
