Tautai leaves Wigan after drink driving conviction

Forward Taulima Tautai has left Wigan Warriors by mutual consent after he was convicted of drink driving recently.

Tautai was arrested after being twice the legal limit just hours after the clubs defeat to Warrington Wolves at Magic Weekend.

The Australian born forward joined Wigan from Wakefield Trinity in 2014 and has since won two Super League titles.

There had been reports he faced deportation from the country after his conviction.
