Leigh Centurions will welcome Widnes Vikings to Leigh Sports Village for a place at Wembley in the 1895 Cup.
The two sides, the last two to be relegated from the Super League have a chance to visit the new Wembley for the first time.
The Vikings haven’t been to Wembley since the 1993 Challenge Cup Final, which they lost against Wigan.
Leigh are also looking for their first visit to Wembley since winning the 1971 Challenge Cup against Leeds.
In the other semi final, Sheffield Eagles welcome Batley Bulldogs as both sides look to return to the scene of their greatest triumphs.
The Eagles pulled off the biggest Challenge Cup shock of all time when they beat Wigan Warriors to win the 1998 competition.
As for the Bulldogs, they will forever be in rugby league folklore as they won the first two Challenge Cup titles. They are looking to get back to Wembley for the first time in 118 years.
The two games will be played on 28th July.
