Sheffield Eagles player James Meadows has been referred to the tribunal after being charged with a Grade D offence of Foul and Abusive Language Questioning Integrity of Match Official.
Meadows was sent off after the incident during his sides narrow defeat against Leigh Centurions last Sunday.
Elsewhere, in League One, Kenny Hughes of North Wales Crusaders and Matthew Davis of London Skolars have both been given two match penalty notices for Dangerous Contact in their respective games.
Russ Spiers of Doncaster has also been given a two match penalty notice for striking.
Also, Tim Spears of York City Knights, Mike Butt of Swinton Lions and David Thompson of Whitehaven, have all been handed one match penalty notices for Contact with Match Offical and Tripping respectively.
Finally, Jack Ray of Coventry Bears and Lameck Juma of London Skolars have avoided bans for Striking and Dangerous Contact respectively.
