Warriors hoping to keep good form going against Rovers

Wigan Warriors host Hull KR on Friday night hoping to continue their recent good form since Magic Weekend.

They have been unbeaten since losing against Warrington Wolves in Liverpool and are now in a playoff position.

As for Hull KR, they claimed a huge derby win last week in their fight to avoid relegation, but they are still level on points with London Broncos at the bottom.

Wigan will be without Sean O’Loughlin and Joe Greenwood, who both sit out with injury.

Rovers on the other hand, make one change as Jimmy Keinhorst replaces Tommy Lee.

The game kicks off at 7.45pm.

Key Battles

George Williams vs. Danny McGuire- Two champion players and creators. Both are England internationals and have several Super League winners rings to their names. They also had a few interesting battles whilst McGuire was at Leeds Rhinos.

Zak Hardaker vs. Adam Quinlan- Both players are very capable full backs and have been important for their teams. Hardaker has been just what Wigan were looking for after Sam Tomkins’ departure and Quinlan has been an important part of Rovers since coming back from injury.

I am backing Wigan to carry on their good form since Magic Weekend with a comfortable victory. Wigan to win by 14.
