Warrington host Salford looking for back to back wins

Warrington Wolves welcome Salford Red Devils to the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday night as they look for back to back victories.

The Wolves were in the capital last week and won comfortably 36-6, with all six efforts coming in the first half.

Their visitors on the hand, come into the game off the back of a defeat to relegation threatened Huddersfield Giants last week.

The hosts are unchanged from that win in the capital.

Salford make three changes from their game against Huddersfield with Adam Lawton, Adam Walker and new signing Josh Johnson have all been included in the squad.

The match kicks off at 7.45pm.

Key Battle

Blake Austin vs. Jackson Hastings- Two halfbacks who have set the Super League alight in the short time they have been in the UK. Austin currently leads the Man of Steel rankings and Hastings has been an important part of Salford’s rise under Ian Watson. Both players will be a danger to their opposition.

I think Warrington will win this one comfortably, I look at the two squads and Warrington’s squad is better on paper. I think they will win by 20. (6/1 Betfred)
