Hardcastle given three match ban

Featherstone Rovers centre Josh Hardcastle has been given a three match penalty notice after being charged for a Shoulder Charge during his sides defeat at Toronto Wolfpack.

Hardcastle was placed on report for the incident on Gareth O’Brien during their 22-18 defeat in Canada.

In the same game, Darcy Lussick of the Wolfpack has been given a one match penalty notice for punching Jack Bussey, who has been given a caution for a high tackle.

Finally from that game, two more Rovers players have been charged by the panel. Wellington Albert has avoided a ban after being charged with using his knees in a tackle, and Luke Briscoe has also been given a caution for kicking out.

Barrow Raiders are set to be without halfback Jamie Dallimore for their next game after he was given a one match penalty notice for punching Greg McNally. He was sin binned for the offence.

York City Knights will also be missing the experience of Graeme Horne for their next game as he was given a one match ban for a crusher tackle during their game at Batley Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Swinton Lions will be without Richard Lepori for the next two matches after being charged with violently punching Sam Hallas during their 34-34 draw with the Bradford Bulls.

Meanwhile, in League One, Declan O’Donnell of Workington Town has avoided a ban after being charged with punching during their win over London Skolars.

Doncaster halfback Matty Beharrell has also avoided a ban despite being sin binned for using foul and abusive language during his sides defeat against Whitehaven.

In the same game, Jordan Burns of Whitehaven avoids a ban after being sent off for punching.
