Catalans Dragons have signed NRL winning halfback James Maloney on a three year contract for 2020.
Maloney won the 2016 NRL championship with Cronulla Sharks, but has since moved on to Penrith Panthers. He also won it in 2013 with Sydney Roosters.
The 33 year old has also featured 14 times for New South Wales in State of Origin.
The halfback had expressed his desire to play in the Super League in the past, and will become the Dragons’ first marquee signing.
