Bradford Bulls’ temporary move to Dewsbury has been approved by the RFL, but only for 2020.
Bulls chairman Andrew Chalmers declared his intentions for the move in a statement on the clubs website last week.
The RFL said they believe it was a poor decision, but it is up to the directors to make the best decision for the club.
They also went on to say they were not satisfied with the financial information given in regards to the move, as a result, the Bulls remain in special measures and under a transfer embargo.
Finally, they said the clubs plan to return to Bradford lack credibility, hence why the agreement is only in place for the 2020 season.
