Super League confirms positive tests

Super League have confirmed 10 positive tests from five different clubs across the latest round of testing.

Castleford Tigers and Wigan Warriors have each confirmed positive results for three players, all of whom are now self-isolating – as are the other two players to have tested positive (one each from Hull FC and Wakefield Trinity), and the two non-playing staff members who have tested positive.

All fixtures will still be going ahead as scheduled.

Thursday October 8:

Huddersfield Giants v Salford Red Devils (5.30pm);

Leeds Rhinos v Hull FC (7.45pm).

Friday October 9:

Wakefield Trinity v St Helens (5.30pm);

Catalans Dragons v Hull KR (6.15pm)

Warrington Wolves v Wigan Warriors (7.45pm).
