North Wales Crusaders have completed the signing of Callum Wood from Widnes Vikings for the 2021 season.
Wood signed for the club from Rochdale Hornets ahead of the 2020 season, and made two appearances before the season was cancelled.
On joining Crusaders, Wood said: โAndy Moulsdale gave me a call one night and he was asking what I had planned for next year.
โHe was on about the culture at North Wales and it was interesting so it just went from there.
โEveryoneโs goal is to play week in, week out. Itโs up to me to prove myself in training and get in that 17 every week.โ
North Wales boss Murray added: โIโm delighted to have signed Callum for next season as itโs a solid piece of business for us.
โI spoke to Tim Sheens about Callum and heโs a player he rated very highly so that tells you all you need to know about him.
โIโm looking forward to working with Callum and seeing what he can bring to the club in 2021.โ
