Saints and Wigan prepare for top-of-the-table battle

St Helens and Wigan Warriors round up Friday’s Super League action at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

The two sides occupy the top two, and the game could go a long way to deciding who will win the League Leaders Shield.

Wigan come into the match off the back of a big win against Salford, while this is Saints’ third game in seven days, which includes a win against Leeds and a defeat against Salford.

The match kicks off at 7.45pm and the referee will be Chris Kendall.

Saints welcome back a host of key names, who were rested against Salford.

Lachlan Coote, Regan Grace, Jonny Lomax, James Roby, Zeb Taia, Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook and Matty Lees return to the 21-man-squad.

Coming out of the squad are Alex Walmsley, who is suspended, as well as Jack Ashworth, Aaron Smith, Matty Costello, Joe Batchelor, Matthew Foster and Tom Nisbet.
