York City Knights have announced the signing of winger Kieran Dixon for the 2021 Championship or Super League season.
Dixon brings with him a wealth of experience with over 170 career appearances – most of them in Super League with Hull KR and two spells at London Broncos.
His blistering pace has seen him return an impressive 123 tries, and he’s a useful goal kicker too with 190 career goals to his name. Dixon has also represented England Knights three times, scoring two tries.
Knights Head Coach James Ford said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been able to sign Kieran.
“He has ample Super League experience, an outstanding try to game ratio, electric pace and he is a handful on early plays.
“I’m confident Kieran will fit in with our culture and add to it in places.”
Dixon added: “I’m pleased to have signed on for 2021 with the Knights. They’re a team with big ambitions and a drive to get to the top.
“With the new stadium and a great set of fans I’m really looking forward to getting started and working hard with the rest of the team.
“I think the direction the club is heading is really exciting and I’m honoured and proud to become a part of it.”
