Keighley Cougars fullback Quentin Laulu-Togagae believes Toronto Wolfpack should have been given a second chance.
The fullback, 36, played for the Wolfpack for two years after leaving Sheffield Eagles. He held the number one shirt and helped them to promotion from League 1.
He started the 2018 season for them, but left after making nine appearances in the new year.
QLT believes his former club could have been huge for the game, if they were given the chance to sort their off-field problems.
He said: “I think if you have experienced the atmosphere in Toronto, then you would think they deserve another chance.
“If they had a second chance and they were able to sort everything behind the scenes, I think they could have been huge for rugby league as a whole.”
