England have added Huddersfield Giants pair Jake Wardle and Matty English and Leeds Rhinos pair Mikolaj Oldezki and Kruise Leeming to their 35-man training squad.
Last week, the 35-strong squad was named, 200 days out from England’s opening game of RLWC2021 against Samoa at St James’s Park, Newcastle in October.
With seven of those 35 based in Australia and several more unable to take part through injury, England Head Coach Shaun Wane has added the quartet.
They will be hoping to strengthen their case for England Knights or even senior squad selection later in the year. Of the four, only Wardle has yet to feature in an England team above Academy level.
