Warrington Wolves have confirmed their assistant coaches Lee Briers, Andrew Henderson and Jack Phillips will all leave the club at the end of the 2021 season.

Briers joined from St Helens as an 18-year-old back in 1997 and went on to have a glittering playing career with the Club becoming our all-time leading points scorer with 2,586 points during his 425 appearances in the primrose and blue.

After retiring, the former playmaker has worked his way through the coaching ranks as head coach of our Under 19s and Reserves sides before being appointed Assistant Coach under Steve Price in 2018.

During his time at the Club Briers won three Challenge Cups as a player, including the Lance Todd Trophy in 2010, and was assistant coach for 2019’s Cup victory at Wembley.

Henderson has been at the club since 2018 after leaving the Head Coach’s position at London Broncos and Phillips has been the Head of Performance Analysis since late 2017.
