Hull FC centre Josh Griffin has been given a two-match penalty notice after being charged with Dangerous Contact.

Griffin, who also left the match with a torn Achilles tendon, was charged with Grade C Dangerous Contact during their Challenge Cup semi-final defeat against St Helens on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Leigh Centurions hooker Liam Hood was charged with a Dangerous Throw, but not banned.

Finally, Leigh’s Nathan Peats and Wakefield Trinity forward Tinirau Arona were both handed cautions.
