NCL and Yorkshire Men’s League side Dewsbury Moor are using their new clubhouse to help with the vaccine roll out in the area.

The club finished construction on their clubhouse back in 2020. However, the pandemic meant facilities were used in a more limited than way than usual.

However, they linked up with Kirklees Council and the NHS to provide a pop-up vaccination clinic for the area. No appointment was needed.

In a Facebook post once the clinic was closed, the club said: “Great to see so many people taking up the opportunity to get their vaccine at the club today. Glad we could offer up our facilities and do our bit for the community.”
