Salford Red Devils players Lee Mossop, Jack Wells and Joe Burgess as well as Leeds Rhinos trio Luke Gale, Bodene Thompson and Alex Mellor have all been handed penalty notices by the disciplinary panel.

Mossop, who was sent off on Sunday, got a two-match penalty notice after being charged with Punching at Grade C.

Meanwhile, Wells, who was sent to the sin bin for a dangerous tackle, has also been given the same punishment.

Finally, Burgess has been given one-match for punching. A fourth player, Ryan Lannon was charged with punching, but not given a ban.

From that same game, Luke Gale has been given two matches for punching; Bodene Thompson has got one match for the same offence and Alex Mellor also got one match for making contact with the referee.

Meanwhile, Tom Briscoe and Brad Dwyer were both charged with contact with the match official and Dangerous Contact respectively, but not banned.

Elsewhere, Warrington Wolves centre Jake Mamo and Wakefield Trinity forward Tinirau Arona were both charged with Dangerous Contact but not banned.
